We’re delighted to welcome Bella to the b&m team, joining us as a Graduate Surveyor in our Canterbury office.
Bella joins us fresh from completing her BSc in Property Development, bringing with her a strong academic foundation alongside valuable, hands-on industry experience. During her year-long placement, Bella gained exposure to both quantity surveying and project management, developing practical skills in cost management, budgeting, programme planning and risk mitigation — all within the wider context of the property development lifecycle.
What stood out to us most was Bella’s drive, curiosity, and commitment to learning. She has a genuine passion for the built environment and a clear desire to understand projects from concept through to completion — a mindset that aligns perfectly with our &More approach and our belief in growing well-rounded professionals.
