The project.
This prominent city centre corner site has been developed to deliver Franklin House, a 52 student accommodation units for CATS College. CATS is a private international boarding school with campuses in Canterbury, London and Cambridge.
Franklin House has a basement plus three storeys and has been constructed in masonry. This brick face design was developed to reflect the local vernacular and many of the other CATS buildings, making it recognisable to students.
The student bedrooms are a mixture of one and two bed and all offer ensuite facilities. The development also offers a ground floor common room, wardens rooms, laundry room and a shared kitchen.
