This ambitious project, named Biggleston Yard, will see the redevelopment of the vacant Nasons Department store in Canterbury which has been vacant for several years. Once complete, the site will focus on a food and drink retail offering, incorporating a pedestrian retail arcade and market hall with open space and public realm.
The site will also offer commercial retail and office space plus 28 serviced apartments and 38 residential apartments.
Once planning is granted, the scheme will be developed in phases with a construction time of approximately two to three years.
We have provided early stage quantity surveying services to develop the cost plan for the scheme, which was then submitted for planning.
