We’re pleased to announce that we have secured a spot on the EHDC RegenCo Framework to provide Quantity Surveying, Cost Consultant and Employer’s Agent services.
RegenCo is a local authority led planning, regeneration and economic development advisory and delivery service. They utilise public and private sector expertise to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, large scale regeneration projects for public sector clients. RegenCo are the first and only local authority led team to be appointed to the Homes England Multidisciplinary Technical Services Panel. RegenCo have worked for many local authorities including Ashford Borough Council, Haven Gateway and Homes England.
We will be part of their contracted experienced professionals and technical experts that work alongside their internal dedicated team members to provide a service that fully understands local authority cultures and issues and drives projects forward.

The framework lasts for 4 years and commenced late summer.
