We’re excited to share that Kenny Pratt has started the New Year on an excellent note, as he now joins our team of Directors as Associate Director.
Kenny’s journey to this point has been remarkable and one we’re incredibly proud of…
Soon after completing a Masters and PhD in the Research of Cancer Sciences, Kenny joined b&m as Trainee Quantity Surveyor with no prior background within the construction industry. However, his skill and enthusiasm was very quickly recognised.
Kenny has reached a magnitude of milestones since joining us.
Through b&m, Kenny began his journey within industry related education as he undertook a Masters in Quantity Surveying. Soon after, he completed his APC, becoming a Chartered Surveyor. He then went onto qualify in Project Management which he achieved through his PRINCE2 completion.
As he accomplished various educational victories, his professional roles within b&m progressed in his favour as well. Climbing the ladder, Kenny went from Trainee Quantity Surveyor to Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This soon turned into Project Surveyor. With his consistent work ethic, Kenny was later announced Senior Quantity Surveyor – this, up until recently, being his most notable achievement since joining us.
Kenny has now reached his biggest milestone at b&m to date and we are incredibly pleased with his constant and tenacious progression that has led to this point.
From the start, Kenny has been a great asset to b&m. His organisation and team building qualities have brought a spark to the group and his insight is always of value. His commitment to the growth of b&m will only lead to a promising future for us and we look forward to seeing how things develop.
