Westgate One, located in the heart of the city adjacent the historic Westgate Towers, reached a milestone this month with the first two blocks achieving practical completion. The units are now ready for occupation, in time for the start of the new 2022 academic year. Block 1, consisting of 56 apartments, completed in late August, with Block Two handed over only a few weeks later.
The contemporary studios offer self-contained high end living in the city, complete with kitchen, ensuite and living space. Residents will also benefit from a courtyard area designed to deliver a sense of community.
This milestone sees half of the new build element completed, with Block Four already underway and Block Three following shortly afterwards.
