Working alongside Lee Evans Partnership, a planning application has been submitted on behalf of East Kent College for the provision of new teaching facilities at Canterbury College, Spring Lane.

We are acting as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor on the project that forms part of East Kent College’s strategy to expand their educational offerings. The Spring Lane site offers a variety of courses to help students prepare for careers in horticulture, conservation and animal management. Part of East Kent College’s plan for this popular campus includes the provision of more attainment levels and courses, including the newer T Level qualifications and further apprenticeships.

In order to offer these further spaces and opportunities, two new buildings will be provided. As well as providing the usual classroom style spaces, the buildings will offer a specialist laboratory, common room, dedicated reception and staff room.
