We’re delighted to share the news of four promotions within the company as we move towards a new financial year here at b&m.
Kenny Pratt has been promoted to Senior Project Surveyor. Kenny has been with us for nearly 5 years and in that time has worked on a variety of projects including residential, educational and commercial. He is also currently acting as Project Manager on several of our projects, including Infinity, Ashford, and recently, he gained his MRICS status. Kenny is also ‘project managing’ our push to win the DHA football league, acting as Manager / Player and scoring a lot of goals!
Dom Mulford has also been promoted to Senior Project Surveyor. Dom, well known for his calm and cool mindset, has been managing exciting projects such as the Amelia Scott Centre and St Gregory’s Catholic School in Tunbridge Wells. Currently, he is working on several exciting healthcare projects, which we look forward to sharing more on soon. Dom and his wife Abi have just welcomed their second child Zac into their family, so along with big brother Adam, they have a very busy home life.
Sean Robinson has been promoted to Project Surveyor. Sean’s analytical and logical approach is a firm favourite with our clients and he is currently working on several education projects for Valley Invicta Academies Trust. Sean has a keen interest in sustainability, having recently completed his MSc dissertation on waste management in construction. He plans to have it published and share his findings with the industry.
Alex Shearman has also been promoted to Project Surveyor. Since joining, Alex has not only undertaken a QS role on projects, but also acted as Employer’s Agent and Project Manager for several clients. Currently, Alex is working on several projects for English Rural Housing Association as well as some pharmaceutical schemes. Alex recently completed her MSc in Quantity Surveying and has started on her APC journey to MRICS status.
