The project.
St Gregory’s Catholic School is one of three secondary schools in Tunbridge Wells that have been extended and modernised to offer further school places to the local community. A new building has been developed on the school’s site that provides a new two storey teaching and sports centre block and will facilitate the 1FE expansion.
Over 1800sqm of new space has been provided and includes a four court sports hall, changing rooms, classrooms, laboratories, staff rooms and associated spaces. A new bridge pedestrian link has also been developed over a public right of way which will provide access to the existing school. The existing dining hall has also been extended as part of the project to create a larger more modern space.
