The project.
This beautiful period property, known as Thalassa House, is located in the Kent countryside and is being renovated and extended to create a holiday home for our client.
The internal of the existing home is being reorganised and a large side extension added. Once complete, the revived home will offer social spaces for entertaining as well as greater accommodation which would allow the client to reside at the property for longer periods of time.
The design for Thalassa House has been sensitively developed to maintain the look of the property while adding modernity. Externally, the outside space has been redesigned to make the most of the step change in levels and includes a multi-tiered terrace.
