b&m 40th Anniversary Celebrations!
To continue b&m’s 40th Anniversary celebrations, the whole team came together for a BBQ and games evening, along with family and friends, including special 4 legged members, Laddie and Reggie, celebrating four decades of growth and hard work.
The evening was filled with laughter and great food, provided by ‘The Cresent Turner’, as well as their amazing venue, a fantastic setting helping to bring everyone together outside of the offices!
It was a perfect way to mark 40 years as a company, with live music from ‘Gracie and the Booms’, Giant Games and rounders, perfect for all members of staff and family to get involved with.
From the beginning to 40 years on, one thing that has never changed is our ‘people-first’ culture. At b&m, people have always been at the front of our minds: Our clients, our partners, and most importantly, our team.
It’s very easy to let milestones like this pass quietly amid busy schedules and deadlines, so taking the time to properly celebrate 40 years, together with family and friends, felt like exactly the right way to mark it.
I think it is safe to say we all had a lovely evening spent eating, talking and laughing. A great example of the people-first culture we’re so proud of at b&m☺️
