Our People Come First
This means far more to us than an award. To be recognised by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, not only regionally, but nationally is such a special moment for our team, especially as we come to the end of our 40th year in business. This award is for our people. It not only recognises the quality of the projects they deliver, but their hard work and dedication that have shaped b&m into what it is today: a friendly, fun, people-first business.
40 Years and More
Over 40 years, b&m has evolved from a South East consultancy into a practice delivering projects across the UK. We have opened offices in Brighton and Leeds, expanded our services and achieved B Corp certification. Each of those milestones has been driven by our people: their ideas, their ambition and their willingness to take on new challenges.
Our journey to the Grand Final began at the RICS South East Awards, where we won the SME category and were also shortlisted for Margate Digital for East Kent Colleges Group and Westgate One in Canterbury. Those projects, like so many others, were delivered by teams who care about the work they deliver.
A Night To Remember
A big thank you to RICS for putting on such a well-thought out event, and thank you for not only recognising our business, but our team and their efforts in everything they do to support the industry.
