This week, Paul was given the opportunity to speak at the Canterbury College to an eager group of T-Level students.
The students, who are undertaking a design, surveying and planning for construction course were introduced to b&m and the wider industry as Paul spoke through various topics.
Recently, we’ve been successfully extending our reach to students through talks such as this and career fair opportunities. Education is something we’ve always been passionate about and this goes even beyond our project involvement within our education sector.
The construction industry doesn’t always have the wider diversity and representation it should and by reaching out to the youth, perhaps some day that will change.
