The first set of apartments have been completed and handed over at The Barrett Building, with tenants moving in as soon as the handover was completed.

All the units, handed over to client Paul Robert Developments, are one bed studio spaces. These flats are located on the first and second floor of the existing building, fronting onto and offering views of the bustling high street. The sleek and modern units come partially furnished, offering white goods and wifi as part of the package to renters.

Work has already begun by Abbott Construction on the next phase of the project, with piling work commencing this week on the first new build block.

Once all work on the site is complete, the scheme will provide more than 150 apartments across a total of 4 blocks. The development will also offer external landscaping that loops around the inner area of development, providing courtyard style space for residents.

B&M continue to provide Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services on this scheme.
