We’ve once again been successful in being shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards. The awards look to focus attention on the most important issues in the sector and recognise those who are adopting best practice in order to deliver better ways of working.
Following our success at being shortlisted for ‘People Development’ in 2019, B&M have this year been named in the ‘SME of the Year’ category.
We have been keen to share with the judges what an outstanding pattern of growth and development the Company has been on over the last few years and we are thrilled that SECBE acknowledged this with a finalist place.
41 Central Parade has been shortlisted in the ‘Project of the Year <£10m’ category. This luxury development offers 14 apartments for private sale and has regenerated a disused and dilapidated site in a prominent area of Herne Bay. The site has generated previously unseen values for housing and is part of a wider action plan to revive the area.
Next stage is for us to present to the judges at the pre-final Judging Day, to be held on 2 April in London. Winners will be announced in July at the Gala Dinner and Ceremony in London.
