Our team were pleased to be invited to the launch event for Roseyard, a luxury barn complex situated between Sandwich and Canterbury.
This fantastic high end holiday rental property caters for 22 guests and includes a spa pool area, gym, large open kitchen and dining room, numerous social spaces and a fantastic open courtyard and garden.
The accommodation is split over three different buildings:
- The Brick Barn is the main building on the property and hosts 7 bedrooms all with ensuite, a mezzanine lounge and large open plan kitchen/diner.
- The Stable hosts one bedroom an ensuite and a games room / playroom.
- The Cartlodge offers 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom.
We worked as Monitoring Surveyors on this scheme and were thrilled to be invited back to take a look around now its complete.
