A vital donation of £250,000 has been given to the Centenary Village scheme, a project for Royal British Legion Industries and one B&M have been involved with since its inception. The donation has been given by Annington, the UK’s largest providers of privately rented homes.

The exciting development, designed by Clague Architects, will see the delivery of a new community focused on providing specially adapted homes, assisted living and a state-of-the-art community centre where residents will have access to support, training services and an accessible gym.

These new homes and facilities will be located adjacent to Invictus Games House and Victory House, a project which B&M also worked on as QS that offers 24 specially designed apartments for veterans and was completed back in 2017. The expansion and creation of the Centenary Village was first announced at the opening of the project by Sir Michael Fallon, MP.

B&M are excited to be working with RBLI to turn their plans into reality and will be providing Quantity Surveying services throughout the project. The scheme is due to start later this year.
