We’re pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted in the People Development category at the 2019 London and South Constructing Excellence Awards.
The awards look to focus attention on the most important issues in the sector and recognise those who are adopting best practice in order to deliver better ways of working. The People Development category focuses specifically on those who invest in their team, attract new entrants and can evidence a development strategy, taking their local environment into account. We’re really proud to have been shortlisted in this category, we pride ourselves on our team – our people are our key asset and we seek to develop each of them to their potential.
We, along with the other finalists, now have to prepare for and attend a ‘Dragons Den’ style judging day in London in April, where we will present to a judging panel of industry peers, who will ultimately decide the overall winners.
Winners will be announced at the Gala Ceremony and Dinner to be held late June at the Royal Lancaster in London.
