The Kent Property Market Report 2018 was unveiled today at the Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone. The annual report is a guide to investment and development in Kent, and reviews economic development across the county.
The report, prepared by Kent County Council, Caxtons and Locate in Kent, reviews the current property direction and highlights current development activity. The report also provides an outlook and market analysis of business parks, offices, retail, rural and residential sectors; highlighting the trends over the 12 month period. The report continues with a commentary of leisure and tourism performance, along with a review of strategic developments. Topics such as Kent’s Garden Settlements and Green Infrastructure are explored and makes interesting reading.
There are contributions from Clague Architects, Cripps and DHA Planning; as well as Handelsbanken, Kreston Reeves and the RICS.
