B&M’s latest residential scheme, Bourne Drive, recently completed on site and the properties are now on the market.
Bourne Drive is a delightful development of just nine bespoke individual homes, built to a high specification and found close to the popular and sought-after village of Littlebourne, Kent. The scheme also included the provision of a GP surgery, and a new pedestrian crossing on Court Hill.
The scheme includes bespoke kitchen designs, engineered oak wood flooring and modern bathrooms and en-suite facilities.
Designed by Kent Design Studio, the Biddenden based Architect practice, and built by Red Key Concepts, the development has been a huge success.
The scheme is the latest in B&M’s portfolio of Kent residential projects, providing quality housing across the county.
