Our Developer Services role has been borne out from the need for some of our clients who need a more bespoke development advice service. Our Developer Services include Commercial & Construction Management (CM) procurement routes, and along with the other services we provide, can be an excellent way to manage a project.
Clients can appoint us to advise during design phase, assemble the required management team with client and designer input, and provide cost plans, procurement schedule and programme.
Trade contractors can be appointed, and design can proceed as works continue potentially with no implication on cost or programme. This means that all technical and commercial aspects of the project are managed by the CM team
The benefit is that clients pay Trade Contractors as works proceed approved and managed by Construction Manager, and the client remains fully engaged with the process.
