As we are a week away from the beginning of the festive season, the team at b&m would like to wish you all Festive Greetings for the season. We have thoroughly enjoyed 2024, and are looking forward to what 2025 brings.
What have we achieved in 2024, we hear you ask? Well, a quick list…
- 66 new projects commenced
- Opened a new office in Leeds
- Expanded our Developer Services offering
- Published our first B Corp Impact Report (here it is, if you want to have a look)
- Increased our staff numbers, with some more brilliant people
- Our team has achieved over 1400+ hours of paid training + mentoring
- Loads of early engagement with school career fairs
- Added four more MRICS Chartered Surveyors to our ranks
- Achieved an Excellent eNPS Score of 72 with our staff
- And we have currently achieved a Great NPS Score of 50 with our clients (plus waiting for some more feedback)
There are lots of great things in the pipeline for 2025 as well!!
By the way, our office will close between 23rd December and 1st January 2025.
