Another fantastic afternoon spent as b&m hosts yet another staff social. This time, we went kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding at Canoe Wild, Canterbury.
This was a new experience for some. Many of us were physically put to the test as we made our way down the Stour River, with some of us unfortunately losing balance and falling in. Others, jumping in! Never a dull moment with the b&m gang.
Our river journey was followed by a friendly game of bat and trap at a local pub, followed by drinks and a meal. The sun made a fantastic appearance for us on the day without a single cloud in sight.
Hosting staff socials is very important to us at b&m. It’s one of the fundamental ways we maintain excellent staff morale, giving us the opportunity to bond with one another in different environments. We pride ourselves in the close relationships we have with one another.
