Last night, b&m attended the Construction Excellence SECBE Awards 2023!
As some of you may know, we were recently announced a finalist for their People Development category – this being an excellent achievement for us.
This comes as a result of our commitment to both developing our staff and having a positive influence on the world around us. It’s an honour to be considered for such a prestigious award. Putting “People First” is one of the key values and philosophies that shape us as a business. Our aim is to never lose sight of our aim towards bettering our staff and the community that surrounds us in anyway that we can. We invest support and develop our staff whilst embracing equality and individuality.
The awards ceremony took place at the Royal Lancaster London last night. The venue was filled with friendly and familiar faces within our industry – all of which have excelled in their field and have contributed to bettering our industry in one way or another.
