A notable way to end the year…
At the start of the year, we’d reached a milestone for our Shepherdswell and Coldred Community Land Trust & English Rural Housing Association scheme. It became the first Community Land Trust within the Kent County to reach planning permission – a great achievement for us and all involved.
We acted as Quantity Surveyors for the development consisting of 13 dwellings. 10 of those will provide affordable housing, with the remaining 3 dwellings acting as open market bungalows prioritized for the locals of the area.
With the help of a great team, including OSG Architecture and WW Martin, we’re proud to say the scheme has now commenced on site.
